So - after a two week trip to Guadaloupe I got back on the weight loss thing.
Another two weeks on and my total loss is now 6kgs.
Onward and downward.

So after just 14 days I've lost over half a stone - nearly 4 kgs.
How?
Count those calories!!!
No nonsense, no fads.
I use Myfitnesspal free version. No extras needed.
Typical day
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - mackerel, pilchards, crackers or scrambled eggs or tomatoes, apple, cheese.
Dinner - soup and a roll.
Snacks - maybe a glass of red wine, a couple of guiness zero ( only 75 calories for 440ml).
1500 cals target. More if I exercise consuming calories. Mainly walking at the moment.
